Every boon and tablet you find for the rest of the run has a greatly increased chance to appear as Rare or Epic.

Why this pairing works
Natural Selection is the only duo that improves your run rather than your damage. Because it multiplies the rarity of everything you find afterwards, its value depends entirely on how early you get it — taking it in the final region is close to worthless, while taking it in Erebos can raise the entire run's power ceiling.
立ち回り
Prioritise Poseidon and Demeter early purely to unlock this, then pivot to whatever god offers the best boons — they will arrive at higher rarity. If the duo does not appear before the second region, abandon the plan and commit to a damage duo instead.

Increases Omega move channel speed and raises both maximum health and Magick. The simplest Aspect to build around: more Magick means more Omega moves, and faster channeling means fewer windows where you are vulnerable.
