Aspect of Charon
When your Special shockwave touches your Cast, the Cast detonates for heavy area damage and its duration refreshes. The single strongest clearing tool against grouped enemies, and competitive at every Fear level.
Boon priority
- 1Any Cast boon; larger radius directly increases detonation coverage
- 2Apollo boons for extra range on both the axe and the Cast
- 3Zeus on Attack so every swing applies Blitz
- 4Demeter Ice Strike for the Freeze safety net
Playstyle
Place the Cast, then sweep a Special shockwave through it. The detonation refreshes the Cast duration, so a single well-placed Cast can chain several explosions.
Do not ignore the block. Against projectile-heavy bosses, absorbing a volley with Special and answering with a detonation is safer than dodging.
The weapon is slow, so commit to the third hit of the combo only when the enemy is frozen or knocked back.

Master Conductor
Master Conductor converts Zeus's single-target Blitz into area damage. The problem Zeus normally has is that his bolts hit one enemy at a time; Poseidon's Slip both amplifies the damage and marks the target so the bolt chains outward. In a crowded room the difference is dramatic — one bolt can clear a cluster that would otherwise take several seconds.
