Aspect of Medea turns the Argent Skull from a lobber into a melee weapon: Attack loads skulls into Melinoë and the dash detonates them all at once. Enormous burst, high risk.

An ammunition-based explosive: you lob skulls and must recover them. Special is a charging dash that scoops spent ammo back up.
Aspect of Medea
Attack no longer throws skulls — it loads them into Melinoë herself. Dashing into an enemy then detonates every loaded skull at once. This transforms the weapon from a ranged lobber into a melee burst tool, and it is one of the highest damage ceilings in the game.
Boon priority
- 1Aphrodite Flutter Strike — the flat percentage is multiplied by the detonation
- 2Any Curse source for the second stack so Origination activates
- 3Hephaestus Volcanic Strike for extra burst on the load hits
- 4Dash boon — you will be dashing constantly as your damage delivery
Playstyle
Load with Attack, then dash through the target to detonate. Do not stand still and trade — all of this build's damage is in the dash.
Two curses are mandatory. Medea's damage is high enough that the Origination bonus is the single largest multiplier you can add.
Learn the dash range before raising Fear. A mistimed dash puts you inside an attack with no skulls loaded.
